I can’t believe I lost 6lbs in 3 days. Damn you food poisoning. >=|
Yesterday was the first day back in the gym and even though I felt weak I haven’t lost much strength when it comes to the weight I’m pushing or the number or reps I can complete.. either way I can’t wait to be back to 100% again.
It took a good 4 weeks to gain that much weight… lets hope I can...
